Comfortable room, but the food quality was inconsistent .

I truly enjoyed 1 night there. The location was nice, in the middle of jackson, and the bed very comfy. Further, it was adjacent to Bloomington.

The room was clean and inviting and had a microwave oven, tea/coffee making equipment and a refrigerator. The location was convenient - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. All the employees were amiable and very helpful.

The location of Holiday Inn, Bloomington, Normal, An Ihg is excellent for business travelers, being just off the interstate. The staff was professional and responsive, particularly in the business center, well equipped for my needs. The room was comfortable and provided a quiet space conducive to work. It was a pleasant environment for my short business trip.

The location is fantastic, conveniently situated just off the interstate. The Standard Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious and comfortable for our one-night stay. A highlight was the delicious small hamburgers served during dining, a nice surprise. The noise from the nearby highway was noticeable at night, and the cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better, leaving us a bit disappointed overall.

We enjoyed our trip to State Farm and checked out Rivian too. The rooms were comfortable, and the location made it easy to get around. Friendly staff and a cozy vibe. If you're in town with friends, definitely consider this place for a great time.
